Our team was called out to a residential property in Boynton Beach, Florida, where the homeowner suspected a leak in their inground swimming pool.

Pinpointing the Leak

We marked the spot of the leak with tape on the pool deck, making sure the location was precise to minimize the point of entry and also minimize disruption to the surrounding area.

Once the leak was confirmed, we got to work. Here’s how we fixed the issue:

• Removed the pavers directly above the marked leak location.
• Excavated the area carefully to expose the broken PVC at the main drain elbow.
• Cut out the damaged section of pipe.
• Replumbed the line using with PVC and fittings.
• Backfilled the area, tamping the ground to its original level.
• Reinstalled the pavers neatly, ensuring they matched the existing layout perfectly.
